Joe, while you are correct from the strict definition of "illegal", logistically it won't happen. Between the physical work and cost involved, no way to get it done.

I get it. In my gut feeling, put them all on boats or planes and make them come back the right way. I just don't think it's possible. Get them off any welfare. Make them work and pay taxes. Ship back any with criminal background and/or gang affiliation and I'll be satisfied.
