The President wants to appoint someone to a position, and that person has to be grilled by a judicial committee, yet he can just snap his fingers and free criminals. I think the pardons should face a committee to be approved. And I have to agree with Schiff. Pardoning someone who hasn't been officially charged with anything sure smells like guilt. Like the guy claiming to be sober but refusing to take a breathalyzer test.
