I don't think the city has rotted, It is one full step above that. If you want to see rot, go to State Park, and if you really want to see rot take a tour of Washington Park.
Good idea having the Doc take the fifth, now Democrats can get back to assaulting feds. At some point an agent will be killed, maybe at that point it will be open season on those leftist animals.
