As he said, she is 82 and she has probably had twenty facelifts. Maybe 50 years ago she wasn't too bad, but she was probably still dumb as a brick. That doesn't get better with age, look at Biden.
If you want to visit Chicago, wear Kevlar. The Chicago Mayor doesn't care and neither does the Governor. The entire state is one big sewer.
