Biden doesn't believe in the death penalty. These folks will die in prison, it's not as though they are being released.

There are some that believe living imprisoned is a worse fate than death. I guess it depends on your personal beliefs of life after death... if,you don't believe "when you're dead, you're dead."

Maybe you go to Hell - what happens there? Maybe you are forgiven and your soul is reincarnated into a new body. Nobody knows for sure, but most people have a personal belief either based in religion or what they've been taught.
