Demented Joe granted clemency to a CCP Agent who had 47,000 files of child porn. It sounds like the dude knows what's likes. Perhaps he is a pal of Hunter's who seems to like young Asian girls.

I am glad to see how Joe is doing all he can to save Democracy as he shuffles out the door.
