Neely was making threats, he wasn't simply being loud as Newsome claims while attempting to rewrite what happened. A career criminal, he was looking for trouble and he found it. I feel bad for Neely's family who also made threats, but professional mobsters need to be reined in. They know damn well that this was an open and shut case and that Penny never should have been charged, but they want to go into mob mode and they feel this is a good excuse to do so.
