They haven't put a halt to corruption, the Dems are still stealing house seats in California and are breaking election laws trying to steal a Senate seat in Pennsylvania. They may slow them down, but nobody can halt Democrat cheating, so you can forget that.
They cheat, they know they cheat, everyone knows they cheat. Its as simple as that.
