I said I wasn't going to do that.

I have to respect that the people of this nation really do not favor solid governance and apparently the moral compass of the people is indifferent to criminal activity, insurrections, and putting an unstable man in power.

May God forgive this nation of this grave sin, but I fear that no sin comes without consequence, and we'll have to be prepared.

He embodies the seven deadly sins like no other, but as a white male I'll be ok, really all I have to do is keep working and I will be fine and will continue not to need Opinionated's taxes to pay for my food, bills, or healthcare.

But I mourn for women, and minorities. I mourn for girls who will be harassed with impunity. I mourn for boys who have the lowest of men and the worst display of masculinity for a leader.

Hell I mourn for all of it.

But have fun.... because like adults, on this post Election morning, you won't see insurrections. You will see what the Constitution mandated, a peaceful transfer of power.

I've picked as many winners as I have second place finishers, but my conscience remains clear that I never have voted for Donald Trump.

I love my roots too deeply and the moral compass ingrained in me that I would never betray my conscience like that.

Now we have to live with the consequences, for those whose compass doesn't seem to be pointed forward, upward, or onward.
