I mentioned prior that there is no plausible case for Donald Trump to be anywhere near the White House, unless he's stopping by his hotel or something like that. The things that empower him are things other than a desire for good governance.

I guess that 'something other than good governance' keeps popping its ugly head at inopportune times!
