Does it take a tasteless joke to bring attention to the problem Puerto Rico has with their zero waste management program! I guess so.

It’s a mass problem, no recycling, and Puerto Ricans complain about their land fills frequently.

Maybe some Democratic environmentalist should make assessments and find solutions instead of getting so offended.
