Virginia had 4 years to "purge" voter roles. They waited to do it. Why? People were removed for all
sorts of reasons, not just because they are illegal.

There is no doubt that most of those removed are legal citizens. The problem is Virginia waiting so long. Smells of voter suppression because of the time line not allowing enough time to prove citizenship.
