For the last six decades, when haven't we had a budget defecit?

I will say though, that stimulus money.... while it wasn't technically free...

I invested it for the good of the country, and for excellence in board postings....and bought myself a new computer.

It's still ticking and making America a better place by promoting peace, justice, and the American Way for years to come.
