I'm not quite connecting the dots on that... vaccines are required for school age kids and for good reason, although there are those (RFK maybe) who are opposed to that. Public health requires preventative measures. No the Covid vaccine did not eliminate the virus, but it certainly minimized the spread. My wife has a great Aunt who had polio as a child, she's alive and well (relatively speaking), but she's struggled her entire life with mobility issues that others were protected from.
