Now, if a man goes around impregnating women like a bull in a cow pasture, he should be sterilized. If the woman carrying that child does so to birth, the man is financially responsible to care for both and if he doesn’t, sterilize and send to prison for 18 years

Lawmakers are elected by people who represent the majority rule. So yes, Congress not only has the right but the obligation to support their constituency. Pro-lifers lived with Roe for fifty years. Now, pro choice Mrs must do the same. It’s no different than any other law.
