Spruce, apparently you have not been watching much news lately or you would know that Kamala Harris has changed her stance on fracking. She was against it at an earlier time and has since changed.
The Biden/Harris presidency has made many changes to environmental issues, creating over 300,000 jobs. The changes on these issues is the reason for Harris to change her stance.
