Running an 80-year-old after lying and saying he is as fit as a fiddle and then at the 11th hour tossing him in the dumpster is weird. It's even weirder to call it saving Democracy. The best and maybe the only good thing about Republicans is that despite all their faults, at least they are not Democrats. When he was fit as a fiddle and controllable like a dog in a harness, Joe was the Democrat guy. He was good enough and the primary results were this Democracy in action Democrats laughingly refer to and that they claim to be saving. When out of the Democrat Blue it appeared that Joe was less controllable than Commander and even more importantly, too many people were noticing, he had to be put down. Once again you know, for Democracy.
