Correct. Her error was not calling in more Capitol police and she did have that power. In fact, knowing ahead of time there was the potential of a rioting crowd, there should have been a hundred cops on those grounds, armed and ready to repel offenders.
Doesn't let Trump off the hook but it makes you wonder why.
