From what I've heard about the evidence, I would guess he will be found guilty. I think it is reasonable to think that someone who was in the midst of a drug addiction would lie on the form and not give it a 2nd thought. I think they have a witness who saw him check the box, that's pretty compelling, but we'll see. Biden has stated he will not pardon him, again we'll see, but I think that's very feasible that he won't.

Whatever happens, this is Biden's son, not Biden. If he's found guilty, so be it. Sentence him and let him do his time.

Biden is not responsible for his adult son's actions. The MAGA folks would love it to involve the President, but unless some smoking gun (and not some unproven bull**t conspiracy theory) surfaces,this has no bearing on how people will vote.
