I think they sold some property on Adams behind the street department to a business. Where is the information coming from about buying?

I know the city held the lease on Kimaras and the arcade place and probably the BBQ place. Better than empty spots.

They should have a manager at the Mill. It could be a big business for the city if ran correctly.

I would just call Parkinson. Chances are good he doesn't frequent this site. I'm not sure why people are afraid to approach the guy.
