A lot money was invested in redoing that parking lot and that building. It looks great, but if it really isn't what they said it was going to be, I don't see any plus for the city!

Is it more of jus a warehouse / shipping hub? With nothing much to be purchased furniture wise from local residents?

My wife and I went and I'm still scraching my head.
