Big booms appeal to ignorant people more than being responsible does. They have money for blunts, alcohol, tattoos and Pit Bulls, but not for paying their rent. And even with their dogs many of these degenerates don't keep up with their Heartgard and other basic needs. Its a shame, but we can't do much about it.
