The average education in Chicago is not about reading and math, it is about being robbed, beaten, shot or knifed...and shopping is a decision about which store to break into and take what you want. Law enforcement is about not bothering gang bangers, but letting them do as they please and not interfering. Gun control is only allowing those with gang tattoos to carry, while law abiding citizens are charged and jailed for carrying a firearm. Hard to believe this can get worse, but it will!
