I think he was a good cop, and when he was Police Chief in Washington Park that was not an easy gig. I also agree with you about his language but he could have avoided a lot of pushback if he could have curtailed most of that.
Dementia JOE killed 50 illegals and didnt even need a rifle to pull it off.
