I agree Worker. Let's have a "competitive" wage approach. You start in a fast food position as a grill person. When you do that job well, you train for a position as cashier and you receive a .25/hour raise. You learn another position and so on and so on until you can do everything in the restaurant. You then become an asset to the company. You also get a small bonus if you don't miss any work days in a month. People will become more valuable to the boss and should then be rewarded.
