In White County Illinois, a judge ruled that the Illinois FOID card is unconstitutional. This is not to carry a weapon around, but just to have one in your home. The state is saying that the FLOID card is not saying that you can't own a gun, just that you have to pay for the right to own one. The defendant says that if she doesn't pay the fee, then she
is being denied the right to have a gun in her home. Any opinions?
