"Aren't you really doing the same thing for Dick Cohen though? I mean why doesn't he defend himself on here or create a page and go after the people who bully him on that election page?"
Yes, obviously, I am. The reason being is, no he is not capable of defending himself, you and others know this, that is why he is an easy target.
"Is he not capable of fighting for himself?" Obviously not, again, that's why cowards take advantage of trying to make him look foolish, while this man is absolutely clueless that he is being made to look like a fool.
"Is he too cowardly to face his public?"
No, in fact quite the opposite, as he has repeatedly went above and beyond (trying) to answer the countless amount of questions being thrown at him. All while not realizing he is being baited and set up for failure.
You know, and many others know he is in way over his head. You have said it yourself, he is not qualified and is NO threat to this election.
"1. Filed a ridiculous objection to Parkinsons petitions because he didn't realize this is a "consoldiated" election. It says it on the packet you pick up to file."
Yes he did, and even his opponent was smart and gracious enough to understand who and what he was dealing with, and resisted that aggressive-bully tactic reaction and didn't take a cheap shot at the guy over it.
"2. After being asked a couple of times not to tape his home made notes to people's doors, he continued to do so like a child who gets told to stay out of the cookie jar."
Exactly, so what does that tell you? Even though, it's scotch tape, not Gorilla Glue or Contact Cement, the guy used gift tape.
"3. He places signs on public property, a clear violation of city ordinances as pointed out by a woman who works in the inspection office."
Again, exactly what does that tell you? It tells me, as well as a few others on that election page to just ignore it, hell, ignore him. Take absolutely nothing he has to say with any degree of seriousness. Don't let it bother you.
"He has no business in a race where he clearly doesn't understand the rules."
We actually agree on this point, but it's not up to you or I or anyone else to make that call.
"If you have no respect for rules and procedures, drop out of the race. You're not going to win and you are an embarrassment to the process and to the city."
My opinion is, it's not a lack of respect, it's a lack of understanding and knowledge. It's a lack of proper education and experience, but it sure isn't a lack of desire and passion. Your last statement above is a great example and the driving force behind my posts. "you are an embarrassment to the process and to the city".
I don't care how "nuts" you think someone is. How "cowardly" you think they may be. Or if you label them a "joker". Even if you believe them to be an "embarrassment" to the city, there is such a simple solution to ease your troubled mind over him entering this election.
SIMPLY DON'T VOTE FOR HIM. Don't waste a single minute out of your day paying any attention to him. Keep him out of your mind and don't let him occupy your thoughts and the urge to bully and belittle him will subside.
At least it would in a normal, rational person. Then I can retire my roll in defending him. I am a sucker for an under-dog, especially one that keeps being dragged through the mud so publicly, and by so many all at the same time.
