I remember passing by these offices daily seeing a little red sports car parked in front with a license plate that read "MONEYMAKER". Surely the man who drives that car does not own these slums.
If so, the city should make him replace those plates with "SLUMLORD", because this mess of a property sits for all to see on one of the busiest streets in the town.
