Just about anything goes at this point in Oregon as for as drug usage is concerned. Cocaine, Pot, Heroin, its all green lighted now as long as you keep the amount in your possession reasonable.
One thing however may be a small roadblock for Cocaine snorters and that is that plastic straws are illegal.
In conclusion, all drugs good, plastic straws bad.
John Kerry as Climate Czar? Only Democrats could pick a guy with 6 houses, 12 cars, 2 yachts and a private jet, to tell you that YOU should take the bus to stop pollution.
