In my mind, everybody in leadership past Alan Greenspan is responsible for not taking away the punch bowl. But at the edge of the precipice, (I cannot spell anymore) do we need someone to blame or somebody with a sturdy rope?

Will it get so bad we really don't care whom is President? I dunno, but I wish Paul Volker was President.
