I would agree as well. It seems as the young lady has already done more than the child and traveling preacher they had in the office prior to her.

Not only do I see the new Popeye's building, I see a new medical facility being built downtown.

And let's not forget the YMCA.

Is this the dawn of a new day? I can't say for sure but it sure appears that this lady has hit the ground running and has earned her keep.
