When I read the fine print, (and there was a lot of it) my doctor's office didn't work with that plan or company. A couple specialists that I was seeing at the time, also did not accept that insurance. So, it pays to do your homework.
So, for now it's Medicare only for me, and my Silver Scripts for my prescription coverage. I am very happy with the Silver Scripts too, the cost is around $20.00 per month.
If I run across supplemental coverage that is affordable I will most likely give it a shot, but for me, it's not worth the risk of giving up my Medicare for one of the Advantage plans and until the rewards outweigh the risks, I'll stay put.
P.S. I don't see a thing wrong with asking this question on a community discussion board...just sayin.
