As the Mayor of PB pointed out, you had little to do with the improvements made out there in regard to drainage.
Being fair, you can in no way be held personally to blame for this problem. You have indeed made repairs on pumps that were in bad shape for years. You, or your superiors, have indeed worked to lower the level of Horseshoe Lake. All appreciated.
I certainly hope GC will look at the ten to fifteen catch basins that were reduced in opening size after paving of streets. That would seem to be an easy fix to simply remove the asphalt build up.
