The constitutional scholars did an outstanding job. Can any of you even remotely dispute their testimony?
I've never had an overwhelming distaste or distrust of all Republicans, but that's about to change with this group who will ignore facts and the truth about what Trump did and they will not hold him accountable for abuse of power and obstruction of justice. Give me an example of an impeachable offense Trump could commit and why is rises above what he has done.
The constitution was designed to protect our democracy. Trump believes he is a King and apparently so do the Republicans who are giving their approval for him to do anything he wants with no oversight... not the way it's supposed to work.
So, tell me folks, does the constitution allow a President to use his power for his own personal gain? Does it allow him to direct his people to refuse to obey a legal subpoena?
If you think you know more about the constitution than law professors/legal scholars, then enlighten me.
