I feel sorry for the people that suffered losses, but i also feel sorry for the person who has been designated as the bad guy in an event that nobody could have thwarted. Not one single person could have stopped what happened from happening, period.
You can blame Adler for not cutting some weeds, you can blame prior Granite City Admins for poor Sewer management, hell you can even blame God for allowing it to rain that hard if you want to. Its easy to point fingers, and isnt it funny that we normally point those fingers at those we dont particularly like?
