When you get time, please post a still picture of water running. Also, please post a picture of what you believe to be "acceptably high grass".

The catch basin you show is pathetic. I agree that should not exist but I would also question how many are like that.

I know when we discussed this before, you said you had some additional photos that you couldn't post because of format.
