I received a letter on "Leap Day" of all days... Stating that the NYS Fund Trustee's appointed, Mr. Tom Baum as our "Retiree Representative", with a notice I'll be receiving contact information for communication purposes. Also provided a link for useful information about the "Multiemployer Pension Reform Act" (MPRA) Law.. www.treasury.gov/services/Pages/Benefit-Suspensions.aspx
