Hi there,

I was a Teamster in the 50's and 60's, while I was Employed with Haughton Elevator Co.,in Toledo, Ohio, IBT - 20

I wasn't told when I retired that I needed to change the Beneficiary for my Death Benefits , and just found out recently that I needed to.

Please contact me so that I can get this changed.
