It took some digging online for me to find out what CTDU stood for. Apparently it was the Chicago Truck Drivers Union.
From what I am reading online, five years after you left in 1995, the CTDU merged with Teamsters Local 705 in December of 2000.
So Local 705 would be the first place to contact, although they might refer you to some other office, such as a pension office.

They should be able to see if you are eligible for a pension just with your full name and Social Security number.
