I have to give props to the guy who messed up the rest of it for that tensioner setup
It works nicely.
You have been very busy! It's been too hot here to work outside of the house. It's got to be an age thing. Heat never used to bother me this much.
I like the tensioner you built for the compressor. I still tension my compressor's belt by hand but I replaced the loose nuts with two nut bars. They allow me to pull the motor in place with one hand and tighten the bolts with the other.
Sadly I had to replace my compressor about 18 months ago. I had a 1970s era 2 HP Sears Craftsman (a.k.a. Campbell Hausfeld) horizontal tank model. After years of faithful service the tank finally rusted out. I kept the pump and motor. Good think I did. The "new" compressor's motor died after less than a year. The old motor is back in service and the old pump is waiting for when it's needed. It has always been reliable requiring only periodic replacement of the reed valves.
The paint looks great. You'll be done before you know it!
