Thanks for the material suggestion. I think the 150CDs have a 0.090" jet so I may just get a piece of 3/32" brass rod and turn down one end to 0.090" to scrape the deposits out of the hole hopefully without adding scratches.
BTW, your post concerned me as it's been about two weeks since I last started the GT6. Today I got it started on the second turn of the key. However, I do have a gear reduction starter so those were two good, long cranks! Regardless, it started.
My fingers are crossed that the occasional start, ethanol-free gas, and Sta-Bil will keep the deposits at bay.

My .100 rod was a SU or Stromberg carb dashpot damper rod in a former life.
What model I don't know though...
