The latest fix on my GT6 was the fuel line was rubbing against a part of the axle and it started leaking. I cut the piece that was ruptured and used a rubber hose to fix it. Quick easy fix.
My GT6 work recently was resurrecting the dead. Our car had been sitting for over a year which allowed the carbs to gum up. I had to flush out the carbs to get the float valves working again. Then I had to buy a new car cover for it since the old one fell apart in my hands. That's hardly worth reporting but that's all the GT6 work I have done lately.
I did spend time on a project to modify a Honda/Denso gear reduction starter to fit the Mini. I started my GT6 carb work right after the starter project and realized that the gear reduction starter I installed in the GT6 looks to be almost identical to the one I modified for the Mini. Apparently a lot of the British car gear reduction starters available are based on Denso starters.
