However, if the problem I am dealing with on the 1500 is due to big clearances on the bearings and/or cam, no amount of spring tweaking is going to help. I did get notification that my order from BPNW shipped today. I have a new spring and valve in that order... just in case the spring has lost its tension.
On an unrelated note, I have confirmation that the next track day for my father-in-law will be 11/6. If possible we'll put the new lights on the trailer on Sunday. As I mentioned earlier, time is suddenly at a premium.
