Sleeving is possible but expensive. As a rough guestimate, figure around $30 cost per liner (plus shipping), plus the shop is likely to charge you $30 (each) to install and bore them to size.
Our block had already been sleeved and could not be rebored so we were looking at the same expense. In my case it made more sense to look for another block to use as a starting point for the rebuild.
