The factory shop manual has detailed frame specs but no doubt they are online somewhere.
If the damage got into the chassis, it most likely folded up behind the lower a-arm mounts, in that little short section in front of the bulkhead, look for a kink there.
Post a WTB here for what you need.
Good luck, let us know what you find.

: My wife and I went to see our son and the
: damaged car last night. According to
: our son, he was looking at the
: temperature gauge, and when he looked
: up the car in front of him had stopped.
: He slid into their rear bumper.
:
: The thin, plastic, near unobtanium
: bumper over riders are shattered, the
: bumper is tweaked, the bonnet hinge
: support weldments are pushed up and
: back a bit, and the bonnet has been
: pushed back so that it is fouling the
: doors. The 1/4 valences are also
: "tweaked". They look OK at
: the front but their trailing edges at
: the wheel well look like they are bent
: down.
:
: Can you guys refer me to any online
: sites that list frame measurement
: points (distances, angles and such)? I
: figure over his Christmas break we will
: pull things forward and bend what is
: necessary to put the car in slightly
: better shape for daily driving until
: more formal repairs this summer. I
: don't want to rush the repairs and/or
: try to do extensive body work in cool
: damp weather.
:
: Thanks for the advice.

: My son called today and said that he
: slid
: into another car on his way back to
: college. He was too upset to talk
: about it other than to get general
: information about contacting the
: insurance company.
:
: From what little he did say I
: anticipate this '72 Spitfire will need
: a new bumper and various other front
: end parts. Again, I haven't seen the
: damage yet.
:
: Will it be OK to post
: "wanted" messages here or is
: that against the rules?
