I am sure you tried online searches already without success. I searched for your cam part number and could not find it either. What I did notice from the Crane master catalog is that the first part of the part number (F-234) suggests that the cam is for solid lifters (duh) and that it has 234 degrees of intake duration measured at 0.050"" lift. Obviously that doesn't help with knowing what angle to set the cam at and I couldn't decode that from the part number. Since Crane is still operating, why not contact them and ask if anyone there can dig trough the archives to find the information you need.
