It was something that I purchased off Ebay or Craigslist years ago and put in a Gt6. The adapter plate was very simple, like the Canley or Quntum for the Sierra box [which I have for my 2500 Gt6 project]. I am going a different route this time, I'm building a Spit6 and moving the engine back. The T5 with an S10 tailhousing will put the shifter in the stock location. Rather than fabricating an adapter plate I am going with a Tr6 conversion fron Dupont Machine, They have a custom bellhousing w/ hyd. Release bearing that will let me use my Tr6 aluminum flywheel and I can spend my time finishing the R160 cover and adapter. I will post pics as soon as I get the T5 togeather.
