Like me, do you know family and friends who have or are struggling with breast cancer, or perhaps have lost their battle? Let's make a difference! We are looking for you to join in with RICKA paddlers and be part of our team on a beautiful Sunday afternoon for a 2 mile paddle around the islands in Wickford Harbor in support of Paddle for Progress. This locally born event started 3 years ago and supports breast cancer research and support here in Rhode Island. 100% of all of our donations stay here in Rhode Island. RSVP is required, but donations are not (just appreciated!).

*** IMPORTANT *** Registration ends 9/19 or when 200 paddlers are reached.

Day of Information
Check in: 8:30 to 9:30am
Paddle starts: 10am
Paddle ends: noon

RICKA will have an extended paddle afterwards. Stay tuned for more information.

I've mentioned an extended paddle. I'm thinking of either going up into town as far as the tides will allow or down mill river depending on what the consensus is. The weather looks great and I hope you can join us for this fun paddle.

Hi team,

I’ll be at the drop off early (8:30ish) and will have our t-shirts. When you arrive and after you check-in and get your goodie bag, you can get your boat close to the water. I’ll be helping people get in their boats eventually and we’ll find each other, otherwise I’ll see you in the water at the end of the pier.
