Pawcatuck River Overnight – Friday, June 28th

Bill and I are planning to do an overnight at the Burlingame Canoe Campsites this Friday, June 28th.

Launch mid to late afternoon on Friday from Bradford and paddle up to the Burlingame Canoe Campsites for the evening. Group meals for supper and breakfast - details TBD. Bring your own camping gear. Paddle back late Saturday morning. These are primitive campsites – no facilities.

Another great trip

It was another great trip. We did have one small complication – a large group celebrating a batchelor party had already set up camp at the Burlingame sites. Rather than intrude or put up with the noise, we decided to use one of the bootleg sites – worked out fine. As always, the company was great and the food was plentiful – all cooked on the fire.
