As two previous posts noted, there is an algae bloom and an official DEM advisory to avoid Worden pond.

The trip for tomorrow morning, May 30th, is still on with a modification, and we will meet in the same location - Taylor's Landing.

From there, we will do an out-and-back trip on the Chipuxet river. We may go upstream toward 30-acre pond or downstream toward Worden pond, turning around and heading back to Taylor's landing either way. I will make a judgment call on that mainly depending on water level when I get there in the morning. Dress for cooler, windier weather with the possibility of a light drizzle.
